Gravis Planning secured planning permission for the redevelopment of this former GP surgery in Lewisham to provide nine high-quality new homes. A new apartment building to the rear of the site provided five new homes and the renovation and extension of the existing building, which formerly housed a GP surgery, provided four new homes. Gravis worked closely with the client, design team and the local authority to overcome challenges relating to residential amenity and daylight considerations.
