The development proposes a mix of houses included semi-detached, detached and apartments and will cater for a range of needs and requirements. The development also includes a children’s playpark and open space.
As a significant residential development, it will provide important investment into the local economy as well as jobs in the construction sector.

We were asked to engage and consult with local community and political representatives to obtain support for the planning application and expedite it through the planning system.
Our work included managing the planning application from pre-application stage - including statutory Pre-Application Community Consultation (PACC) - through to its decision at planning committee.
We provided advice on a range of planning related issues including key site requirements, traffic, and residential amenity.
The project was approved unanimously by Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council's Planning Committee.
