The proposed ‘Kingfisher Estate’ development at the Hilton Hotel, Templepatrick is for a 60-suite hotel extension with ground floor function room and rooftop spa, conservatory extension to existing hotel, circa. 44 lodges and 44 apartments in 2 blocks, shepherds huts and log cabins, associated countryside estate outdoor activities and associated car parking and landscaping. A greenkeeper's cottage and general manager's lodge are also proposed. The proposed development has been designed by Coogan and Co. Architects to enhance and extend the existing hotel to harness the tourism potential in the area for the economic benefit of Templepatrick.
