The Mall, Coleraine
This proposal is for the construction of a new town centre retail development at The Mall, formerly the site of Dunnes Stores in the centre of Coleraine.
This proposal arose after it was recognised that the former Dunnes Stores building on site was unoccupied and had fallen into a state of disrepair.
The proposal includes two new retail units, offices, car parking, a service yard, a new access route to a parking area to the back of Queen Street, landscaping, two new pedestrian crossing points and general site works including the demolition of two existing buildings.
The development represents a significant investment of up to £6 million, creating 30 full and part-time jobs. It will significantly contribute to the regeneration of Coleraine Town Centre.
