The proposed scheme will compromise 20 apartments which will be contained within two buildings; a 3-storey apartment block (containing 12 apartments) and a 2-storey building (comprising 8 apartments).
Gravis Planning worked alongside ARK Housing Association, the applicant, and obtained formal support from NIHE for this Category 1 development - i.e., for over-55s.
