Belfast social housing scheme wins RTPI NI Planning Excellence Award

This week, we were delighted to be part of the project team which received the RTPI NI ‘Excellence in Planning for Communities (Small Schemes)’ Award for the Ross Street Mews development in Belfast. In 2022, Gravis Planning secured planning permission for the scheme from Belfast City Council within 7 months of submitting a planning application.
The scheme, managed by Radius Housing and designed by Studiorogers Architects, has since been completed and has regenerated a formerly derelict street with high-quality social housing, addressing the high levels of demand that exist in the area.
We are thankful to RTPI NI for recognising this project and to the other members of the project team who have overseen its delivery through to tenants occupying their new homes.
