Progress in redevelopment of Terminal 1 at Dublin Airport welcomed by Gravis

Gravis Planning is delighted to see that tender documents have been published for the appointment of contractors to deliver a major upgrade of the existing Terminal 1 building at Dublin Airport. Our Dublin office worked closely with daa plc and the designers, Atkins, to deliver planning permission for this project in 2021.
The development will provide a new façade and thermal envelope for the building, along with extended and enhanced office floorspace at the upper levels.
As well as providing a fresh new look and enhanced working environment, it will significantly improve the energy efficiency of this iconic building, which has been in use since the 1970s.
