Planning approval secured for Asda superstore in Stirling

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Keith Hargest to the role of Director of Planning Consultancy for Gravis Planning, in Great Britain. Keith has been involved in Planning for over 30 years and has amassed a wealth of cross-sectoral experience in commercial, retail, residential, leisure, infrastructure, energy and minerals development.
He has worked on several major and complex urban development proposals in England, Scotland and Wales, incorporating issues of transport, housing, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIAs) and more. He is also a proven leader and manager of multi-disciplinary teams for client projects.
With extensive knowledge of planning systems across the UK and Ireland, as well as the Isle of Man, Keith has been an expert witness in 75 public inquiries and hearings for both planning appeals and development plan examinations. This includes advocacy and witness roles. He has also provided support for legal teams in major legal challenges, including cases at the Court of Session and Supreme Court.
