Planning approvals obtained for London-based firm, P2P Residential

Gravis Planning is delighted to be working with London based property development and investment firm, P2P Residential, who are focused on the residential and commercial sectors.
Our role includes ongoing planning advice in respect of site appraisals, change of use and the management of planning applications.
To date, Gravis have obtained planning permission for the redevelopment of a former GP surgery in Lewisham to provide nine high-quality new homes.
We have also provided planning support to 'King's Arms' pub on Frances Street, Greenwich, which included S106 advice and the securing of planning permission for a change of use from public house to flexible retail use.
We look forward to continuing to assist P2P Residential as they invest in their property development portfolio in London and throughout the rest of the UK.
