Planning permission secured for social housing in Saintfield

By replacing derelict buildings with quality homes on the site’s existing footprint, the consented development will provide much-needed and sustainable social housing within an urban area. Future occupants will benefit from a wide range of existing amenities in Saintfield, with the town centre and onward public transport links a short walking distance from their front doors.

This proposal was approved following engagement with Council planners and local elected representatives to incorporate design changes which enhance the overall scheme. We look forward to seeing the transformation of this site in the coming months.
