Drumahoe EUROSPAR Project

Thank you for visiting our online consultation. This webpage allows you to view information about the proposed development in advance of a planning application being submitted and provides you with the opportunity to submit your own feedback on the proposals.

The proposed redevelopment will provide 7 retail / hot food units (reduction from 9 to 7) including a new EUROSPAR unit, new fuelling facilities with supporting EV charging facilities, removal of car wash, installation of roof-mounted PV and improved site access arrangements at Glenshane Road in Drumahoe. 

There will also be an opportunity to meet the project team at a 'drop-in' public consultation event which will take place on Wednesday 14th May 2025 between 12-2pm and 4-6pm at Londonderry YMCA, 51 Glenshane Rd, Drumahoe, Londonderry BT47 3SF.

Members of the project team will be present at this event to respond to any questions you may have regarding the proposals.

This online consultation will run until Friday 23rd May 2025.
