Sinéad is a chartered town planner (MRTPI), with a master’s degree in International Real Estate and Planning from University College London and an undergraduate degree in Law from University College Dublin. She brings over 9 years of planning and commercial property experience to Gravis, primarily in the UK market.
About
Combining her legal knowledge and planning expertise, Sinéad excels at navigating complex projects for both private and public sector clients. She has successfully led multi-disciplinary teams in delivering a diverse range of developments including residential, hotels, student accommodation and office schemes. Sinéad has a particular interest in sustainability matters and digital transformation in the planning sector.
Throughout her career, Sinéad has honed her expertise in negotiating with key stakeholders to secure optimal planning outcomes. She is passionate about shaping the built environment to both create value for clients and positively impact local communities.
On a day-to-day basis in Gravis, Sinéad prepares and manages planning applications, prepares feasibility reports, and advises clients on a range of development proposals.
