Effective consultation on major projects

We identify when community consultation is necessary and then identify groups who are most likely to be affected by the proposed development. For major projects, this includes satisfying the criteria set out in planning legislation and regulations; for example, the requirement to host a consultation event and the associated notification of the public and dkey stakeholders.

We have experience of managing community consultation for private sector clients, Government departments, public bodies and local Councils. We deliver a range of events to consult with key stakeholders, including staffed exhibitions, drop-in sessions, public exhibitions, and workshops. We often manage PR campaigns in tandem with consultation processes.
