Effective consultation on major projects

We identify when a community consultation exercise is necessary and then identify groups who are most likely to be affected by the proposed development. For major projects this includes satisfying the criteria set out in planning legislation and regulations, for example, the requirement of hosting public events and the associated advertisement.

We have experience of managing community consultation for private sector clients, Government departments, public bodies and local Councils. We often run PR campaigns in parallel with the consultation work, using a range of community consultation techniques from workshops to drop-in sessions and public exhibitions.
